Raimondo\, the United States Supreme Court reversed the 40-year-old Chevron doctrine\, which required federal courts to defer to administrative agencies’ “reasonable” interpretations of unclear statutes. The Loper Bright decision is expected to shift the balance of power away from federal regulators and toward courts and regulated parties in disputes over the meaning of federal statutes. \nJoin Lucas Townsend as he offers further details on the Loper Bright decision and its limits.
