Charles Kim

Charles joined ACEC in July 1998 as Assistant Director, State Legislative Programs. He presently serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. He also serves as staff director or liaison to a number of committees and programs, including the Planning Cabinet, the Risk Management Committee, the Legal Counsel Forum, the Minuteman Fund, and the ACEC Business Insurance Trust. Prior to joining ACEC, Charles earned his law degree from Catholic University and received an undergraduate degree in history from Columbia University. He is a member of the Bar of Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the United States Supreme Court.

Has met both Neil Armstrong, the first man to walk on the moon, and Gene Cernan, the last man to walk on the moon.
