Michelle Kroeger joined ACEC in 2021 and serves as the director of six of ACEC’s seven Coalitions, serving a variety of civil engineering disciplines, including, MEPs, structural engineers, surveyors, geoprofessionals, land surveyors, and small firm members. The focus of these firm-based memberships is to help member firms manage risk, increase profit and connect creative business solutions to common problems specific to their practice areas. Prior to joining ACEC Michelle has a long work history supporting both the US and French Navies.

Michelle is a self-described francophile who refers to herself as a traveler and never a tourist.
