Heather Talbert

Heather Talbert oversees ACEC’s individual award programs and ACEC’s Fellows program. Prior to joining ACEC, Heather worked in membership and chapter relations for several associations. Heather is a graduate of Blackburn College and holds a Master’s in Public Administration from Governor’s State University. She is a current Certified Association Executive.

Fun Fact

Heather was the person behind DC’s Childrens National Medical Center’s mascot, Dr. Bear for a few years. Appearing as Dr. Bear for community events, she can confirm those costumes are HOT!
