Marshall Hampton currently works for the City of St. Petersburg as the Director of the Stormwater, Pavement and Traffic Operations Department. Prior to joining the City, he worked for the Florida Department of Transportation in leadership roles in the construction, structures maintenance and consultant project management departments. Most notably, he was the Program Manager for the Tampa Bay Next program; a $6-8 billion-dollar, 90 centerline mile interstate modernization program. Marshall also worked in the private sector for an asset maintenance company where he focused on structure maintenance, inspection, and repairs. He received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and his Master of Business Administration from the University of South Florida St. Petersburg.
